Salespeople, as much or more than any other people, want to belong to something. They want a sense of team complete with Core Values and a Culture that makes them proud while feeling supported. This cannot be fake or superficial, because only fake and superficial salespeople will stay. Superstars will move on and find a real organization. It is said...
