They provide technology development, consulting and training in the Computational Analysis and Multiphysics Simulation arena. They operate at the cutting edge, with work which supports customers developing products, processes and technology for application in the Medical and Life Sciences, Aerospace, Petrochemical, Energy, Materials, Consumer Products, Automotive, Defense, Ship Construction and Electronics and Communication industries. Much of their work centers around technology that must get to market in an affordable and efficient manner, and more importantly, must work correctly the first time it is tested or used. The Position:
This position requires a thorough understanding and execution of Relationship Building expertise in a methodical approach to potential customers, existing customers, webinar attendees, conference attendees, training-class students and all other general leads that the Company receives and generates from its Marketing activities. The Sales Development Representative will be the first line of contact for follow-up after the Company’s marketing events. The Sales Development Representative will secure a thorough knowledge of the services of the Company and serve potential customers by building relationships and walking them towards revenue-producing relationships. This Position interfaces with the owners and the staff on a daily basis in the office - this is NOT a remote position. No relocation offered for this position - preference is to be located in the Columbus, Ohio metro area, but not required.
This is a full-time position. This position is compensated with a base salary and a lucrative commission structure. It is expected that this SDR will exercise a committed, full-time effort. 

The Candidate:
The Candidate must possess the heart of a servant, the tenacity of a hounddog, the strategic brains of a rocket scientist, and the emotional intelligence to build deep relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected. The Candidate must understand the value of time and energy, and approach each relationship with Respect and Honor, and Humility. The Candidate must be able to demonstrate Perseverance and Patience over the course of a proven sales process with people who are highly technical and analytical.  The Candidate must be able to combine logic and emotion, and consistently demonstrate a positive and engaging attitude. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Scientific or Technology is preferred, but not required. The Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual sales quota with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets.​

2) Keep ‘em Happy – Serve the Customer – Before, During, After the Sale
3) Communicate Everything – Proper use of reporting and CRM tools, sales reports, prospecting pipelines, etc.
