Sometimes, serving clients and helping

This cannot be fake or superficial, because only fake and superficial salespeople will stay. Superstars will move on and find a real organization. It is said... Turnover is a huge cost! Generally, turnover costs more than a missed sale!

Questions you must answer:
Are your Core Values displayed in a pretty frame or poster hanging on the wall?
Or are they on display every day in the daily attitudes and behaviors of the entire team?

Do you have a Sales Profile built that allows you to find better candidates during the interview process?
Or did you not know Sales Profiles uncover and attract better candidates?

Does your Interview Process match the tension of the Sales Process in your company?
Or is it too easy for a salesperson to skate through?

Will a Salesperson be able to clearly understand what it takes to win in your position?
Or will they require an accountant and an attorney to figure it out?
